- David Atkinson Review added: 2018.11.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Pathetic customer service. Do not subject yourself to this company. They never respond to complaints, they always had my address wrong (never changed it on their system despite being told dozens - literally dozens - of times over a period of years), staff in various departments clearly lack the basic level of training needed to do their jobs. They also have a god-awful computer system that charged me for energy I hadn't used. I have been on at these people for 3 years now because they do not leave you alone even when told to do so by OfGem and the ICO. I cannot emphasise this enough: do not, EVER, but energy off these guys.
